I was so scared waiting for the tow on the left side of the highway closest to the left lane. The wait was a little longer than I expected but understood there’s always a wait. However, Omar reached out to me as soon as he could. He was so helpful and informative about the issue of my bumper situation that had me stuck in the first place. Took initiative to help me remove a part I could not be able to myself, although his priority was only to tow me home. Thank you Omar for your customer service!

The tow truck guy who came went above and beyond. The temperature was 90+ degrees. When jumpstarting my car failed he towed me to the gas station. I put in gas and it started right up. I forget his name but that was amazing service! Highly recommend this company and wish I could tell you his name. But give that man a raise. Reach out and I'll help you figure out who he is.
